I`ve been meaning to quiz a few of the experts on this subject for a while as the subject and the concept interests me due to needing to haul myself out of some very static metabolic and strength phases coupled with a few niggles.
The Superpump 250rep challenge and reading a few articles written by Tom Platz and Tim Belknap finally reminded me.
Have any of the experienced lifters and builders managed to incorporate periodically some mega rep sets (30,40,50plus reps) into their training which has effectively kickstarted them back into some all-round strength gains and how did they incorporate them into their program.
I would welcome any feedback.
