If you want to put up your program and typical daily diet I'm sure people could offer a few suggestions to help you reach your goals quicker and easier. But remember it's not all about the destination, enjoy the journey mate, it's fantastic!

I'm in overdraught at the bank at the moment so I can't buy a lot of food to get big yet but eggs are pretty cheap and good I've been told. I'm not sure what the program is off the top of my head but he has got me squating, benching and doing pullups twice a week. I'm pretty weak at the moment but I will chuck a journal up when I get in to things

Phedder wrote:Yeah TTs got it right. If you're trying to bulk up on a budget you've got to get your priorities right. Drop the frankly sandwiches and upngos too, that money can be better spent on some decent cheap food like mince, mixed veges, pastas and eggs. Great cheap bulking foods, tuna and peanut butter also, go nuts on the stuff. Eat big, lift big, sleep lots. I assume you're a student at Otago? I am also and I think Jigga is too. Sounds like the program could be decent, just make sure you focus on the big compound movements. Squats, benching and pull ups are fantastic, chuck in some deadlifts, rows and overhead pressing movement and that covers all your bases.
