if u want to get bigger eat 500calories more than you do when you are maintaining weight.

there's doing squats and then there's being soft

Just cause you think your eating a lot it doesnt mean you are

gym economics - ie why do single arm preacher curl (or something isolated and small) if you can go do an exercise that involves all your muscles

(personally, when young and competing) eat less carbs when cutting up for comp

all you need is 45mins in the gym....dont mess round with 3hour weight sessions

dont sit around for 3-4min rests in between sets

squat right to the ground when squatting (FULL RANGE OF MOTION!)

tuck your scapulas in when benching so you don't blow your rotators out
