Welcome back Chick. Hope you had a good time

How'd you find coping with meals etc?

It was totally fine! You can actually stash your bag by one of the cafes on the mountain so I had a stack of food to get through.

For dinner I had an egg white/one yolk and vege omlette while everyone else had Fish n Chips. It felt great, and they were actually jealous of my dinner. :pfft:

Right, back to it today.

Tuesday - Chest

BB Chest Press 15 x bar, 12 x 30kg, 8 x 35kg, 6 x 40kg

DB Flyes 12 x 8kg (per hand), 8 x 10kg, 6 x 12.5kg

Cable Cross Over 15 x 20kg (combined stacks), 8 x 25kg, 6 x 25kg

Tricep Pulls 15, 10, 8 (Can't remember weights, I'd lost my mind by now!)

Bench Dips With feet on swisball - 3 sets of 15

Felt like I was hungover today for some weird reason. I don't think I drank enough water during the weekend and I'm just exhausted from the snowboarding (totally worth it though). Only two more weeks til my next session.

Still a bit tired from the weekend so took it down a notch with my weights today, plus had to cut my workout short cause I ended up getting distracted by the MJ Memorial on TV1 and did 30m cardio.

Wednesday - Shoulders

DB Shoulder Press 15 x 8kg (per arm), 10 x 10kg, 10 x 10kg

BB Upright Row 15 x 15kg, 10 x 20kg, 7 x 25kg

Side Raises 15 x 7kg, 10 x 7kg, 8 x 8kg

Leg Raises 15 x 3

I was a bit naughty today and had a roast beef subway wrap for lunch (no sauce). Otherwise the rest of the day has been pretty standard (Oats, p.bar post workout, chicken and vege soup plus tonights dinner)

Saturday - Legs

Leg Extension 12 x 45kg, 10 x 52, 8 x 60

Leg Press 12 x 60kg, 8 x 80, 6 x 100

Lunges Length of gym x 2 - 5kg per hand

Calf Raises 12 x 115lb, 8 x 115, 6 x 120

Plank 1 min x 3

Followed by 1 hour of light jogging.

Well it's Sunday and my ass hurts which is great :) The 30th last night was ok, had a couple wines and hit the buffet (Veg and Chicken galore). Those two wines have hit me this morning though. Managed to get a bit of 'clubbing' in but got home at 2am. Not a bad effort since I was sober :) Might go for a light jog later today.

Have just had my protein and oats pancake and feeling very satisfied

For sure. The olds wanna take me out for dinner tonight (hhmmmmm steak) so I'll jog to their hotel and get ready there. It'll be a 40-45 min stint which is decent enough for me (I'm not much of a runner or jogger for that matter!)

So I get pulled into the HR office, and the Manager tells me I'm the highest internet user in the company! (Ok, so there's only 30 of us, but still). They ask me about this bodybuilding site I keep visiting and basically tell me I really need to cut it out. So basically it's only nightly visits from me.

Monday - Shoulders

DB Shoulder Press 12 x 10kg, 8 x 12.5, 6 x 12.5

Lateral Raises 12 x 7kg, 10 x 8kg, 6 x 9

Upright Row 12 x 15kg, 10 x 17.5, 8 x 20kg

Plus some ab work and a bit of cardio.

Tuesday - Chest

10 m cardio plus 12 push ups as warm up

BB Chest Press 12 x 37.5kg, 8 x 40, 6 x 45 (with spotter)

Incline Flies 12 x 10kg (per arm), 8 x 12.5, 8 x 12.5

Cable Cross Over 12 x 15kg (total), 10 x 20kg, 6 x 20

Bench Dips 3 x 15

Overhead Tricep things 12 x 10kg, 10 x 12.5, 8 x 15

Heading back up the mountain this weekend - really looking forward to it.

Damn thats harsh - at least you haven't dropped off completely. One good thing about where i'm working is that we can surf pretty much anything & no one says boo.
