Oh no that's a bugger. Every now and then we get a company wide email saying to ease up on use, and they list types of things we shouldn't be doing (super high bandwidth stuff mainly that I don't do), so I keep hoping that I'll escape the personal talk :shifty: It's sure to happen sooner or later - daily visits to bodybuilding and snowboarding sites are clearly not work related

Haha yeah I used to get away with it in my last couple of jobs. I'm a bit of an internet addict so it'll take a while to get used to!

I'm not allowed to use the internet at work, they are super mean, we actually have to ask if we can go online and can only do it in our own time! Bloody nazi work!!

Wednesday - Legs

God damn my technique was off today! I really had to take the weight down a notch or two to correct my form.

SM Narrow Squats 12 x bar, 12 x 10kg, 12 x 20kg, 8 x 30kg

Leg Extensions 12 x 33kg, 12 x 40, 12 x 48

Lying Leg Curls 12 x 20, 12 x 25, 12 x 32

Box Lunges 12 x 5kg per hand x 3

Good Mornings 12 x 5kg x 3

I've had quite the food rage lately so have had to have the odd protein shake here and there. I've still managed to keep my cals low but at this rate, I may need to relook at my diet.

Day off today - and heading up the mountain this weekend for two days (hopefully) of some quality snowboarding.

I think this may also be 'the weekend' to get into the park for some jumps and rails. Time to grow a pair of testicles.

Oooh have fun! I can't seem to get off a chairlift without injuring myself  , so I think I'll steer well clear of the park - but in awe of people who can do all that stuff.

Well it was an unsuccessful weekend in Ohakune, the weather totally caved in and we only got about three runs down Rock Garden on Whakapapa. So we've decided to take this Friday off and head up again this weekend (I will get into the park if it's the last thing I do!).

Monday - Chest

BB Bench Press 20kg x 15, 37.5 x 12, 40 x 8, 45 x 6 (Spotter assisted the last two).

Inclines Flies 10kg x 12, 10 x 10, 12.5kg x 8

Incline DB Press 10kg x 12, 12.5kg x 8, 12.5 x 6

Tricep Pulldowns 15kg x 10 x 3

Tricep Dips 12 x 33kg, 10 x 25kg, 8 x 19kg

So I get pulled into the HR office, and the Manager tells me I'm the highest internet user in the company! (Ok, so there's only 30 of us, but still). They ask me about this bodybuilding site I keep visiting and basically tell me I really need to cut it out.

just saw this...made me laugh out loud! Well done...this is a title I aspire to achieve...no doubt typical tech guys....they can download tetrabytes of crap games...but can't handle a healthy addiction...

Oh god lol, thats nothing. My last work they tracked our internet activity, and it was just before I was leaving and I basically got called into a meeting and asked how I possibly could have done any work because all i was looking at was xxx and bodybuilding!! AHAHAH.. lucky I handed my resignation in the next day.

My current work, we have unlimited internet, and well, let me tell you I take FULL advantage of that ;)

Did back and biceps yesterday but forgot to write everything down. I've been working on the chin ups (But not having the same success as Chillicat!). My bf has been using his hand to kind of bounce me back up while I pull up - so did about 3 sets of 3. I don't think I'll work on pull ups til I've really got a good grip on these.

Wednesday - Legs

Leg Extentions 12 x 40kg, 10 x 47, 8 x 53

SM Squats 12 x 20, 10 x 30, 10 x 40

SM Narrow Squats 12 x 20, 10 x 30, 8 x 40

Lying Leg Curls 12 x 25kg, 10 x 32kg, 8 x 36

Stiff Leg Deadlifts 10 x 20kg x 3

Due to last week's disappointment up the mountain - we're heading up again this weekend. The weather is looking pretty good.
