bear in mind that i only started training legs, shoulders and back properly around midway through last year. im sure a lot of people on here would still say my current routine is shit too
i used to deliberatly keep my weight down as well for running purposes, train fucking hard, but stupid as; not eating enough, not enough excercises, overtraining, too much running, no rest days etc. could run 7km in 24min @ 87kg but at what cost?
im still not keen on taking rest days...
