Week 13
Well its been a while since I posted. Had a slight setback with a dislocated shoulder but focused on nutrition and cardio (it seems to have worked). Down to 86kg.

Good progress!!!.... would be keen to see your routine and diet.... But on hindsight you could think of slowing your cutting process now/maintain your weight or think of slow bulk...retain muscle mass.... might look meaner long term :) ... any way keen to see your routine and diet....gr8 progress

man this is really good progress. keep going hard and just a heads up, you are reaching that point where you've made enough progress for the haters/lazy ppl to start knockin' on you.. they might start talkin up BS so keep up the good work but also make sure you ignore the negativity that goes around!
