More impressed by this than the many fly by night guys that pass through our gyms blowing up on gear and fading into obscurity in 5 minutes!! :nod:

Thanks for that... not entirely sure about the sustain bit as theres been a few major hiccups and I always seem to be starting things again. I've never been a believer in muscle memory though and I just tend to get motivated by getting pretty pissed off with setbacks.

Thought it was about time that I updated some progress.

Been doing some smoloving on the legs.
Got some good results but have been working on eradicating injuries and therefore have sacrificed each of the last days set at the end of each week on each occasion to lower the stress, if that makes sense.

Additionally I've used no belt or wraps and have been doing step ups on a 14" step using 10kg to 20kg dumbells.

Managed to do 5mins with the 20s using a downloaded metronome at 40 pace today. Really recommend this exercise to provide additional strength and stamina particularly by alternating legs etc.
