thought id chuck this up in the public section to motivate me to get some results. the last month has been very little training, food and sleep and lots of drugs and alcohol so i'm putting this up while i look like shit to make me accountable.

had my first light chest training today after 2 months off and went reasonably well, my rear delt is also recovering so looking up, should be back to normal heavy chest and back training within a month.

bulking to 110 in this condition or slightly better is the goal. icecream, kfc, pizza come on/in/at me.

Thanks for reminding me how pathetic I am. I need to get some gear if you consider that physique to be small.

AHAHAHA! Doesn't even look like a gear needle to me. Looks more like one they use for morphine.
